After our first appointment we will send you our quotation. Once you have received quotation a two week period is given for you to decide if you would like to book Cater Me Tasty.
A non-refundable deposit of £750.00 is payable within 1 month to Cater Me Tasty.
We will confirm your booking via email.
All dates remain open and bookable until we have conformation of a booking with first £750.00. We do however try to work on a first come first served basis and will adhere to contact clients should another booking arise.
Quote may change if your number of guests will go up or if you decide that you no longer require one of the course or evening food.
The remainder of your balance is due four weeks before your event.
Cater Me Tasty will not provide a catering service unless the full balance is paid before your wedding / event.
All the prices are subject to change if products price increased from supplier. This will always be communicated with client first before price increase.
We require final numbers and food choices along with any dietary requirements including ALLERGIES (ALLERGIES HAVE TO BE CONFIRMED BY EMAIL) 4 weeks before your wedding / event.
If any of your guests has an allergy to certain foods / ingredients we have the right to refuse this ingredient in your menu.
Cater Me Tasty will only serve food cooked and regulated by Cater Me Tasty, the only exception to this is Wedding Cake.
A Table plan with all guests’ choices and dietary requirements along with the menu choices is required no later than 4 weeks before your wedding. Any changes made after this (guest cancelation) the price cannot be altered.
Where a two choice menu has been ordered, choices must be displayed on name cards.
Abusive language or behaviour towards any member of staff is not tolerated. This may result in your catering service being cancelled.
When adverse weather conditions, traffic accidents, road closures, civil riots or strike. Fire, floods or any other natural disaster which is beyond reasonable control of Cater Me Tasty, we will endeavour to rearrange we do not however accept liability for these events.
Once your conformation letter has been sent and your deposit has been paid we will contact you again 4 weeks before your wedding. However if you need anything before you can of course contact us.
COVID 19 – Wedding services affected by COVID -19 – We will follow CMA’s advice on cancellations and refunds.
If you cancel your wedding 10 months before your date we will charge £1000.00 cancelation fee.
